On November 13, 2017 an open
letter to the board members of the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority
(NPCA) offering to get the Board’s side of the ‘Study
in Corruption’.
The offer was made because the NPCA charged that the
‘Study
in corruption’ failed to get the NPCA’s side of the story.
The offer was only read by three board members.
CAO Mark Brickell denied the delegate presentation
offer citing that Board members giving their side and expressing their
opinions would be “slanderous”
