"Not only must Justice be done; it must also be seen to be done."

In the following story injustice has not only been done, injustice certainly and clearly is seen to be done!

News Alert Niagara has been doing its best to bring you this story of destruction of justice, weaponizing our legal system to steal everything a Citizen owns, leaving him destitute unable to afford justice.

Worse! The Authoritarians in charge have weaponized their justice LEGAL SYSTEM against the Citizen. Now that they have deprived the citizen the ability to earn a living they now use the cost of justice to prevent him from coming after the perpetrators.

Claiming his possessions were junk, fit only for the junkyard, yet somehow his possessions worth $thousands wound up sold into someone else's possession!

He showed his photographic evidence of his stolen property to both the Niagara Regional Police as well as the OPP to no avail.

Is this a further case of police dereliction of duty?

As evidenced, News Alert Niagara has fulfilled its purpose by exposing our loss of justice to each and every appropriate elected official. Our surprise is the total lack of concern, leading to suspicion that there may be more abuse of Citizens. Perhaps our elected officials should pay more attention to what their Bureaucrats are up to!

Justice denied to one is justice denied to all!

Did the NRP assist in theft?

 WOW! and WOW, WOW, WOW! 

Since early 2021, News Alert Niagara has been following and reporting on an inexplicable incident of a municipal government raiding, removing and destroying everything a citizen owned right down to his lawnmower! What they didn't want to take, they maliciously destroyed! They even illegally took the tools of his trade!

The closest anyone familiar with the story has only been able to make a connection with the incident was to Mr. Desmarais' brave effort to defend a fellow citizen from the Town of Fort Erie's disgusting effort to get possession of private property without paying for it.

UNTIL NOW

Mr Desmarais came to us again telling us that he found some of his stolen property in someone else's possession! He even showed us pictures of his stolen property in someone else's possession! When asked he said he took his evidence to the Niagara Regional Police to no avail.

So there you have it Folks! Your Municipality can claim they got a complaint giving them carte blanche to come onto your property under the protection of trespassing police to remove, destroy and/or steal anything and everything that belongs to you leaving you destitute unable to find justice!

On Sun, Mar 10, 2024 we asked:

1. What was the excuse for the Town of Fort Erie to raid your property?

2. What was the trespassing NRP’s roll in removing your possessions?

3. How did valuable items wind up in someone else’s possession?

4. How did you find your possessions in someone else’s possession?

5, What was the result of your notifying the NRP
with your evidence?

Mr. Desmarais response to our five questions:

1.They stated somebody filed a complaint.

2. NRP’S Role was just to protect the workers.

3. Tow Truck Companies and Steel bin removal Company.

4. Was driving down that road.

5. I notified the police and they said they would do nothing about it. I would have to take it up at Town hall.
