Perhaps if Kathryn McGarry knew more about the crime and corruption being carried out by the NPCA she might do more to aid the victims. 9.2 MNR reserves the right to audit CAs for adherence to these policies and procedures and to review the effectiveness of the policies and procedures with regard to implementation of provincial policies and protection of the provincial interest.
