News Alert Niagara: UNSAFE AT ANY SPEED

After so many years of swallowing the generally public perception of police predicated on police propaganda, I have now become quite cynical of police acuity, ethics, morals and standards.

Cynical attitude produces a more critical observation of police conduct such as holding there once a month public meeting at 9:00 AM to avoid public participation. Presenting delayed TV coverage to protect the police from accountability. Preventing the public from speaking or questioning their unaccountable police at their public meeting.

The same unaccountable police that bullies and attacks people because they are homeless.

The same unaccountable police that displays contempt for the very citizens that pays them!

The same unaccountable police that conveniently confuses private property with public property and public gatherings with private gatherings before attacking a photojournalist and causing injury!

The same unaccountable regional police that builds a grand edifice for NRSP headquarters that inconveniently locates at the extreme end of the region.

The same unaccountable police that fought for years to prevent bodycams because of video accountability.

You know there is a problem when the police decides to be both judge and jury handing out penaties before court conviction!

When the same unaccountable police participates in the complete destruction and theft of all of a citizens possessions including his tools of trade!

As the editor of 'News alert Niagara' I will try to proffer some of the situations we have encountered from first hand experience with police starting with the 2014 Criminal Zarafonitis-Farkas affair. Thecriminal Zarafonitis-

Farkas affair points to the fact that no citizen is safe under this kind of police force. Following officer Zarafonitis' attempt to murder Farkas, a photographer legally photographing police conduct, our valiant police vindicated officer Zarafonitis' murderous conduct because officer Zarafonitis said he was sorry.

No wonder the taxpayer is on the hook for over $150K in Lawsuits!

Following the concept of 'See Something/Say Something' we took evidence of email interference to the NRSP since it is a criminal code violation #184 with several years prison time and thousands of $dollars penalty. The unaccountable NRSP did nothing including their so called civilian oversight committee and the much ballyhooed Ontario Independent Review Board!

Further alleged 'dereliction of duty' stems from the new method of denying photojournalists from recording court trials. They simply prevent the photojournalist from contacting the court clerk. The new tactic even in the face of criminal Code penalty #423.1 of up to 14 years in prison for court interference with the media.

Predicated on this expose` and over 600 news alert articles with 583,916 page readers it is becoming somewhat clear that our article titled 'Espionage in Niagara' exposes the length our authorities will stoop to stifle exposure of their conduct.

What kind of over priced police do we have that refuse to do their duty; that abandens the criminal code; treats the law to be whatever they say it is.

The bright spot in all this is knowing that there are still honorable police officers who honor their oath in spite of the questionable conduct of their command!

The dark side is predicated on the belief that this unconscionable conduct is spreading like a squalid disease throughout Ontario and indeed Canada.
