Official Public Persecution

Predicated on our March 16, 2023 expose` of Niagara Regional Secret Police (NRSP) and the equally feckless NRSP Board involved in selective application of Law, News Alert Niagara harkens back to NRSP conduct of actually assisting in the municipal persecution of Mr. RayDesmarais.

Yet, here we are witnessing the March 23, 2023 Police Services Board Meeting concluding without even a mention of News Alert Niagara's 'See Something - Say Something' regarding serious criminal activity or a requested response from NRSP Chief  Bryon MacCulloch or even that he was ever apprised of our concerns.

Apparently we labor under false expectations!

Again, the feckless NRSP Board spent an inordinate amount of time unanimously spending another $20K of other people's money!

The Civilian oversight board of the NRSP has no Civilians!

News Alert Niagara is calling out the NRSP for their ignorance in their lack of proper follow up regarding reported serious crime!

The NRSP conduct has opened our eyes like a clear sky brings stars into sharp focus. Suddenly, so many sad situations have been made clear and the municipal persecution of Mr. RayDesmarais  takes on a whole new dimension.

Obviously, the conduct of a police force willing to shield government from accountability is also willing to do the bidding of a rogue government and their agencies when they retaliate against anyone they consider their foe.

Mr. Ray Desmarais became the foe of the Fort Erie Municipal Regime and the target of sordid persecution predicated of Mr. Desmarais' coming to the defense of a fellow resident under attack in sordid effort to steal the fellow resident's property!

Evidence of official police misconduct was on full display when the NRSP illegally drove several squad cars onto the rear of private property by circumventing the privacy gate. Their excuse for illegally breaching private property is 'preserving the peace'. That excuse goes out the window when they stood by and watched as one of the demolition workers physically attacked Mr. Desmarais knocking him to the ground while the so-called 'preserving the peace' officers did nothing! The gang that invaded the Desmarais property to steal, destroy and remove everything the man owned including his tools of his trade, did so during official lockdown. They even stole his lawnmower!

To answer the question as to how we came to the conclusion that the Town of Fort Erie vengefully targeted Mr. Desmarais we discovered in our interview that Mr. Desmarais has binders full of his filed and returned correspondence, including the regime's failure to respond to a Cease and Desist Order, clearly indicating that the municipal regime was only interested destroying Mr. Desmarais.

It gets Worse!

It caught our attention that after illegally trespassing and failing to do their duty to keep the peace, the police blocked all communication with Mr. Desmarais even going so far as to return his registered letter that he sent desperately trying to get himself heard.

It is said that silence is Golden. In the case of the NRSP silence costs $177Millions Dollars plus a 2023 bonus of 5.7% = $10Million for a police department that fails to clean up its own crime and corruption!

We're from the world of stinkers and we're here to TAX you into poverty!

Now we come to the morbid bit; the part where a citizen turns to find relief from tyranny: to the courts thinking that finally justice will prevail.
Its at the courts where you find yourself in the center of a circular firing squad!
In Mr. Desmarais' case, he found himself facing the injustice of a legal entity hell bent on doing the municipality's bidding not unlike the NRSP!

After removing everything Mr. Desmarais had including even his lawnmower and his tools of his trade leaving him unable to earn a living

Now the esteemed legal system has made expensive demands. He tried to find help from dozens of firms looking for legal assistance. The courts ran him around at his expense only to cancel without notice for an over 1 hour drive (46km) only to be told "Cancelled without notice"!

They stole his livelihood and expect he can afford their demands then try to silence him with squalid legalize!

Hi Raymond,

Can you advise if you plan to file your materials by no later than MARCH 15, 2023?

I spoke with the court and they have advised that if you do not serve and file your responding materials before the March 15th deadline,  then our motion will be converted to an unopposed basket motion where the Judge will review our materials and up to his discretion, could grant us the relief sought out in our motion.

Perusing Mr. Desmarais mountain of material and recordings points to a serious miscarriage of justice, official public persecution caused by a circle of corrupt deviants and paints our society in a very unfavorable light.

A fully funded empire apparently no longer giving full value!

Why was I sitting there? The only spectator in the in the public gallery of the February23, 2023 Niagara Regional Police Service Board witnessing a Service Board Member repeatedly attempting to get a straight answer from the Police Chief while other Board Members sat in feckless silence waiting their opportunity to spend other people’s money!

Perhaps, with a properly functioning Police Service Board, this article would not be necessary. MORE

Suddenly I was accosted by an individual wanting to know my name as if attending a public meeting negates anonymity! She said she recognized my name as a reporter. When she tried to leave, I explained the reason I was there was because I was trying to report a crime and that as a matter of fact my constant attempts at reporting a Crime, a very serious crime, a crime that strikes at the very heart of our society and that my ‘See something – Say Something’ was being ignored! With that, she claimed that she would bring my concern to the police chief.
As of the posting of this story we have received nothing of the promised notification from the Chief of the NRPS!
If you are reading this March 16, 2023 report it is because News Alert Niagara has been unable to get a response from the NRP regarding our attempt to 'See something-Say something' about Crime and Corruption!
.

Listening to the drone of the police chief desperately attempting to avoid the service board member's questions, I thought of the first time I attended the NRPS Board meeting.
At that time, June 2014, I made a presentation to the police board regarding the attempted murder of Photographer Micheal Farkas at the hands of a criminal minded police officer. https://newsalertniagara.blogspot.com/2014/06/charges-dropped-photographer-sues-police.html
.

Up until recently I had always thought of police actions as incidents, not as a systemic problem.
.
Suspicion started to set in when I asked for the police report regarding the illegal theft of my equipment by the Niagara Regional Government! Why would our NRP withhold my police report? Surely it wasn’t just to protect bureaucracy from a charge of criminal mischief, defending the hand that feeds them. Could that be what they mean by ‘To Protect and Serve’? https://newsalertniagara.blogspot.com/2022/12/criminal-mischief-under-color-of-law.html

Not this time! This time it was a question of ‘Serve and Protect’ - WHO?

This time it was the direct conduct of the NRP that brought me to the NRPS Board looking for answers as to why ‘See Something – Say Something’ was so clearly being avoided in favour of Bureaucrats; Bureaucrats that possibly have the power of the purse; The power to finance or not to finance the rapidly expanding NRPS Empire; a fully funded empire apparently no longer giving full value!

The sentiment espoused here is the result of failed attempts of ‘See Something -Say Something’ regarding criminal activity perpetrated by those we have elected and/or hired.

The ‘See Something’ that we reported over a period of several months, was the specter of interfering and intercepting emails sent from Citizens to the elected officials!

Recipients of emails can ignore the message, read the message, delete without reading or if the recipient is physic and/or knows it all, can block the sender!

However, emails between Citizens and their elected officials is a matter of concern ONLY to those involved! Anyone who uses their authority to interfere with emails to elected officials also has the temerity to interfere with anyone’s email and that is why there is a severe monetary penalty including a prison term of up to 5  years!

Our written report to the NRPS

I am writing requesting am explanation to a bewildering set of contradictions.

The phrase 'See Something Say Something' apparently does not apply if the thing one sees is unlawful activity perpetrated by civil authority!

I did say something when I saw what I considered unlawful activity being perpetrated by civil authorities!

I Complained about obstruction of justice under the Criminal code 'The offence of obstructing justice requires a wilful attempt by an accused, in any manner, to obstruct, pervert or defeat the course of justice. The sentence is imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years if proceeded with by Indictment.'
