WHO'S MINDING THE STORE?

Three (3) of our arrogant Canadian Authorities having to pay Canadian News outlets predicated on their blocking news access!

Our wonky Steven Guilbeault had to cough up $20K for his part in blocking news access?

Perhaps, Canadian Dickhead Authoritarians should get a load of what is going on down here in Niagara?

Not only do SOME Niagara Authorities block news access but we have unelected bureaucrats
interfering, intercepting and removing Citizen's emails sent to their elected officials; which is a criminal code violation #184!

Interception

Criminal Code, R.S.C., 1985, c. C-46

(1) Every person who, by means of any electro-magnetic, acoustic, mechanical or other device, knowingly intercepts a private communication is guilty of

(a) an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term of not more than five years; or

(b) an offence punishable on summary conviction.

Please Note: Nowhere in our criminal code does it state that government is exempt!

It Gets Worse! A lot Worse!

Because of the belief in the slogan, "See Something~Say something" News Alert Niagara (NAN) repeatedly provided the Niagara Regional Police (NRP) with everything we know and everything we've encountered regarding criminal code violation #184 C-46!

It has to be said that News Alert Niagara is morbidly disappointed that the Niagara Regional Police categorically refused to investigate a reported criminal code violation!

Is the Niagara Regional Police Corrupt!

We have a 'so-called' Police oversight board populated with double dipping political hacks who told us point blank that they couldn't even mention the NRP dereliction of duty!

The final straw was the following response from the OIPRD as follows:

Section 60(4) of the Police Services Act allows the Director to decide not to deal with a complaint if, having regard to all the circumstances, in his opinion, dealing with the complaint is not in the public interest.

According to OIPRD Director Stephen Leach, investigating the interception of emails from citizens to their elected officials is not in the public interest!

Sadly, we cannot count on our feckless Regional Council to mind the store. They're to busy handing out $10Million dollars at a time to the corrupt empire building and out of control line-up of bovine waste headed by the Niagara Regional Police!

So, who is minding the store!

The overpriced multi-leveled so-called oversight entities are definitely NOT minding the store!

The only entity bravely trying to hold police accountable are the courageous (Police Abused) volunteer rights auditors along with a few social media news outlets not owned by Government!

Evil Breeds in Darkness

So, There it was; staring me right in the face. My invitation to the Ontario Progressive Conservative Party POLICY Conference to be held at the convention Center in Niagara Falls, Ontario.

My invitation informed me that if I paid several hundred dollars I would be allowed to ask a question. Yipsie Doodle & Hot Dam! Who could resist such an offer?

So naturally I donned my press pass, my recorder and my camera because I wanted to see if the PC Party was open and transparent with the press as opposed to the now infamous conduct of the Liberal Party.

Can you imagine my surprise when an NRP Officer (Badge 9370) prevented me from entering the parking lot! He said I didn't have the right credentials to cover the PC Party Policy Conference! I'm happy that I recorded the reason that he gave me for the press to be banned.

I drove away with the caustic words of #9370 ringing in my ears clearly reminding me that once elected today's political parties are pretty much all the same; all engaging when asking for your vote; secret conspirators once in power!

Perhaps the 'press banning' PC Party was a little shy of having the paying PC, party politic supporters, attending their propaganda conference reminded of their failings and misdeeds.

Considering the milieu of savage Ontario failure it has becomes spectacularly obvious that their are so few political highlights burning brightly in our whole damned Country! Premier Smith of Alberta and PM wannabe Pierre Poilievre are staving off total mental breakdown of our society.
