What can a municipality do with a 2 $Billion Surplus

Simple! Just Increase Taxes!

To be fair the Region of Niagara only has an accumulated surplus of $1,799,522,413, not even close to the $2Billion!

It will not alleviate the Niagara Regions' poverty level!

Surely you remember the poverty level so great our concerned leaders actually pulled a gang-sleep in their cars (MONDAY, 3 SEPTEMBER 2012) in a mall parking lot overnight to show their fake concern over poverty!
