Libranovirus Sad News. Some Canadian doctors appear to have been snapping up a malaria drug for their own possible use against COVID-19, part of a surge in prescriptions for the medicine that has health-care regulators across the country concerned.

The increased prescription of hydroxychloroquine as a coronavirus therapy is already creating shortages for patients with a proven need to take it.
