'News Alert Niagara' reacted to the brutal conduct of the conservation authority when editor/journalist Preston Haskell was physically assaulted at a conservation public meeting by none other than the NPCA criminal CAO, Carmen D'Angelo, followed by an illegal trespass by NRP officer Koole and the assault case dismissed by a JP on the spurious excuse that the case of assault was not filed within a mythical 6 month deadline!
