Pensions at Risk

Bankruptcy means there is no money for things like pensions. 

Experts offer faint hope that there is something that can be done; unions scream and shout; politicians fume and bluster but once insolvency sets in who is going to foot the bill for pensions etc.?

In the case of Sears there are 200,000 pensioners whose pensions are at risk. Sears is facing a $300Million retirement benefit shortfall. Who is going to make up this shortfall?

 But Hey! That is small potatoes when compared to provincial and federal debt.

The Ontario Liberal government has set a world record with the largest sub-sovereign debt of $300Billion and still they are digging deeper! We warned of our irrational debt crises July 2014 and still folks will only care when they are standing at the food bank!

Canadian Citizens are highly leveraged with debt to the point that increased interest rates WILL cause a potential disaster!

There is one thing that you can bet your donkey on and that is that not one of the geniuses that create the mess will ever suffer the same loss you suffer!

The time to worry about things like solvency and pensions is certainly NOT after the ‘Horse has left the barn’.

Sir Winston Churchill said that 'an appeaser is someone who feeds the crocodile hope it will eat him last'.  

The Saints of St. Catharines

From the decades long tyranny of Mayor Rigby, with his never ending persecution against what he called 'Pond Poachers' for private corporate gain; the 'Tax & Waste' Era of the Mayor McMullan Dynasty and on to psychotic episodes of the Mayor Sendzik regime, the Citizens of St. Catharines have faced a startling array of inconsistent scenarios.

Stories are coming in of code violations going from being totally ignored to penalties of ridiculous legal court battles.

It's one thing for Niagara's citizens to suffer through alcoholics, perjurers, liars, fornicators, adulterers, connivers, bankruptcy artists and vindictive creeps but its another thing altogether to have these same sordid individuals spouting lofty words like dignity, integrity, honesty, respect and ethics.

It was into this mix that Mr. and Mrs. Camilleri came seeking help. What they got was ignored!

After 30 years living on Vine Street in St. Catharines the city allowed a neighbor to make changes that suddenly caused flooding to the Canilleri property.

You can read for yourself in the 'Camilleri Papers' to witness how their plea for help has met with contemptuous neglect.

They are concerned that they are up against a City employee situation, which might also explain the psychotic nature of some city decisions or maybe someone wants their property.

In desperation the Camilleris turned to the Niagara Landowner Association (NLA) for help. The NLA turned them over to Erika Furney who Informed them that the landowner group is concerned with all property owners.

Citizens at Risk

Citizens are at risk because our governments have been creating unaccountable but authoritative entities to control every aspect of the lives of its citizenry.

We have the grasping conservation authorities, the psychotic Niagara Escarpment Commission, the misguided greenbelt using and abusing innocent Citizens!

Regional Councilor/NPCA Chair Annunziata recently made his case to the Lincoln Ontario Government that his NPCA were only involved in water preservation but that’s totally untrue! 

On the one hand the Conservation Authorities claim that they are able to shift tens of acres of slough forest wetlands to other locations under a scheme they called bio-diversity Offsetting, while bankrupting and destroying citizens for minor infractions for simply being in proximity to a wetland.

 Annunziata’s NPCA as with all of the dozens of Conservation Authorities are using water preservation to financially attack and abuse innocent Citizens; Citizens who are better stewards of their land than the Conservation Authorities will ever be because they have been doing it for 150 years.

The psychotic Niagara Escarpment Commission (NEC) guards the Niagara Escarpment with the tenacity of a pit-bull unless there is a lucrative offer to change their perspective. 

The Ontario Government’s Greenbelt is simply another Machiavellian mechanism to take control of private property, which is nothing less than another criminal exercise of expropriation without compensation.

All this is a load of bovine waste that has been politically designed to give cover to our government controlled judicial system and to our conflicted Ontario Justices. 

Aside from the Ontario Liberal corruption and theft they have the temerity to foist the ‘Green Energy’ Wind Mill scheme with its outrageous money burning tragedy!
