WIND LEASEHOLDERS MAY BE ON THE HOOK FOR BILLIONS

It's hard to believe that the 'wind energy' friends of our premier Wynne can talk our land owners into a lease to erect their giant wind towers on the owners land only to have their land used as collateral for mortgages against the leased land.
